By fully transforming the process from manual to automatic, we ensured that no uneccessary time would be wasted.
We integrated ChatGPT into our solution, to relieve our client from writing 20.000 product descriptions by hand, and automatically helped write text, specialized on both the products itself and their potential target groups.

The solution that we had created is powered through Make. For every product some simple specifications have to be inputted like, size, colour, material, etc. These specifications are transformed into a prompt that is gived to the module of ChatGPT. This module automatically generates a product description.
This product description is then given to another ChatGPT module that checks the description for any mistakes or discrepanciens. Once fully checked and approved the description is automatically transfered to the CMS system.
In this specific instance the CMS system was linked to BOL.com so that description were added in real-time for potential customers.
