The Educational Institution, Brave Minds faced a critical problem in the coordinating of internship meetings for 300 students, which required a fast and effective solution, with a limited creation and implementation timeframe of two weeks.

a four-step solution was created to help improve the planning process of Brave Minds.
First, student and supervisor data were centralized within a designated Glide database. Subsequently, supervisors inputted their availability with the use of Calendly. An email was send to all students involved with the use of MailChimp, allowing them to select preferred meeting dates.
Once a date was chosen, this data was immediately integrated back into the Glide table for quick storage. To further streamline the process, Mailchimp send a confirmation email to all parties involved, with additional rescheduling options.
This quick yet efficient solution was all being run behind the scenes through the automation scenarios on Make.com
