Brave Minds the educational institution, spend 1.5 hours per student to manually examine if they were qualified to take the final exams or not. The reason for this is that for every single student their marks were retrieved and checked by hand. This tedious task required numerous unecessary steps. As, at the time Brave Minds had around 2.000 students on a yearly basis the total time spend on this process quickly piled up. Brave Minds was in desperate need for an effective solution in order to be able to support their quick growth.

The solution created by Codeless Factory made use of the existing system Brave Minds already had in place.
Codeless Factory created a scenario that automatically retrieves all results from students that are stored on Moodle and puts them within an Airtable base. This data is organized based on the individual subjects aswell as the agregation of categories.
This scenario automatically checks if a student meets the requirements set to participate in the final examens, and subsequently generates a report for the students with all their grades.
