We connected Magento, Afas and our custom warehouse application to streamline the process for all returns for our customer Bordex.

Workflow steps

  • Customer fills in return form in the Magento Webshop
  • Via a Make connection the request is available to assess in the Glide custom Warehouse portal
  • Once approved the customer will receive a email with a generated shipping label and instructions for the return
  • People in the Warehouse are able to process the return via the Custom Glide Warehouse portal
  • On approval a credit will be generated in Afas using Make to setup the API connection
