A custom shipping tool was created with Glide and connected with Afas and Transsmart. This is improving the overall process of generating shipments. By creating a web application, Bordex Packaging can easily manipulate and manage the data being sent to Transsmart, resulting in better overview and easier shipping

Bordex Packaging was looking for a solution to connect Afas and Transsmart in order to generate shipments more efficiently. A front-end interface would allow for manual actions to be taken on the data before it is sent to Transsmart, effectively allowing for more shipment generations.

We created a tool that can print shipping labels for a specific carrier that was not supported by the organization's standard tool. The tool uses an API connection to retrieve orders that need to be shipped. In the Glide front-end, users can enter the shipping address and the service level of the carrier. The tool then generates the shipment in Transsmart.
