Jeremy from Food Festa has a webshop where he sells foodboxes for festive occasions like birthday parties. To take care of the incoming orders according to the HACCP food guidelines, as well as to make sure that orders are packaged and shipped on time, he needed a solution.
In Airtable we designed a database structure that fit to the needs of FoodFesta. Here, we register all of his orders, shipments, inventory, and ingredients. We automated the purchasing process based on inventory stock levels, and use API connections to purchase his goods.
A scanner solution was implemented in order to track the incoming inventory, as well as to scann outgoing boxes to receive shipping labels. By connecting an API with the companies transport partner, the shipments are automatically booked and picked up on time.
